Registration for all of our retreats (Family Camps, Men’s & Ladies, Deeper Life) begins AFTER 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon.

Summer Arrival and Pick up times:


All of our camps begin on the SUNDAY of each week of camp.

Campers are to begin drop off AFTER 4:00pm on the Sunday of THEIR camp. PLEASE ensure that you do not arrive before 4:00pm.

Registration will not be open until this time, the camp will not be ready and leaders will still be participating in their pre-camp meetings. After 4:00pm we will open registration and campers (with their parents) will go through medical information, cabin selection, outstanding payments still to be made and any other important information.


Camp ends on the FRIDAY of the camper’s week of camp, with the exception of Rookie Camp which ends on Wednesday. All camps end with a BBQ that parents are welcome to attend at 5:00pm. Final pick up is by 6:00pm.

What should I bring to Summer camp?

Sunscreen, Bug spray, Bible, Pen  & Paper, Underwear, Socks, Pants, Shorts, T-shirts, Sweater or Hoodie, Sandals, Runners, Clothes that can get dirty and wet for water games etc., Modest Swim suit, 2 towels one for swimming, one for showering, Flashlight, Toothbrush, Floss, Toothpaste, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Comb-brush, Sleeping bag, Extra blanket, Pillow, Hat, Rain jacket, Long sleeve shirt (for mosquitos)

What should I not to bring to Summer camp?

Ilness …. If your child or anyone in your family has been ill with a fever etc. in the days leading up to camp please check with camp prior to arrival. Illness can spread very quickly at camp.

Cell phones, electronic toys, portable music devices, electronic games, jewelry, money or other such items.

Please do not send food. We are a “nut aware” facility, as such, peanuts and other nuts are not allowed.
